Real humans only
Profile-verified: we manually check your Instagram or LinkedIn. We look for a profile that seems real and matches the name, age range and gender you gave us. New, empty or mismatched profiles don't get in.
Early pilot · Gurugram · Free
Small matched groups of 4–6. One plan, one public place. No swiping, no browsing, no "hi dear" at 2 am. Just people near you who actually want to show up.
Takes about 2 minutes. Faster than finding parking at Cyber Hub.
How it works
A short form about your area, free time and interests. Nobody browses profiles, and no photos are shared.
Share your Instagram or LinkedIn link and we check it by hand. No ID documents. We just look, we don't post.
4–6 people near you, matched on area, free time and interests. Women-majority, or women-only if you prefer.
Confirm 48 hours before. First names and the venue land 24 hours before.
A café, a board-game café or a morning park walk. Everyone pays their own bill, so no Splitwise drama.
Safety by design
Profile-verified: we manually check your Instagram or LinkedIn. We look for a profile that seems real and matches the name, age range and gender you gave us. New, empty or mismatched profiles don't get in.
Women-majority or women-only. Women can always choose women-only groups. Mixed groups are women-majority, and no group ever has just one woman.
Public places only. Cafés, board-game cafés and park walks with people around. Never homes, cars or private flats.
No browsing, no DMs. No one can scroll through profiles, and there are no private messages before you meet. Contact afterwards only if you both opt in.
Clear consequences. Two no-shows, or two upheld safety flags, means removal. A serious flag means removal right away.
What it isn't (mostly)
And it's not a dating app either. But we're not the boss of your heart. Come for friends, and if a spark happens, that's between you two. Contact is shared only if you both say yes.
Where
Small and local on purpose, so nobody spends more time in traffic than at the table. Pick the one closest to you.
Sector 42–43 to Sector 55–56. Weekend daytime plans, for when you finally get a weekend.
DLF Phase 1–3. After-work meetups, because Cyber Hub isn't only for team dinners.
Around Vatika Business Park, Sector 49. Coffee after work, before Sohna Road traffic decides your evening for you.
Around 65th Avenue, Sector 65. Weekend brunch energy, minus the 20-person office table.
The honest note
FAQ
Nope. It's friendship-first, and groups are matched for friendship. If you're only here to date or network, this isn't for you. If you want friends and you're open to more, that's totally fine.
Happens to the best of us. After the meetup, you can each privately pick who you'd like to see again. Contact is shared only if you both say yes. No sliding into DMs, no pressure, and nobody finds out who didn't pick them.
So we can manually check that your profile looks real and matches the name, age range and gender you gave us. We only view the link. It's never shown to other members or shared publicly, and we don't ask for ID documents. It's a careful check, not a guarantee, which is why the other rules (public places, no DMs, private flags) still apply.
Totally fine. We may send a follow request from our account just to check your profile. Or share your LinkedIn instead.
The pilot is free. You pay for your own food or drinks at the venue. Your cold coffee, your call.
Tell us early and there's no penalty. Life happens, and so does the Gurugram traffic. A no-show without notice is a strike, and two strikes means you're out, so the group can count on each other.
Leave whenever you like, no questions asked. Flag it privately afterwards and we review every flag within 24 hours. In an emergency, call 112.
Angan Labs, a small independent studio. This is our first pilot, so be kind, and be brutally honest with feedback.
